We are delighted to welcome Katrina, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), Counsellor & Psychotherapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. She offers support to teenagers (over 15yo), adults, and couples, providing a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental approach, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and truly supported.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, Katrina will help you explore what’s holding you back and move toward a more hopeful, empowered version of yourself. Her integrative style allows her to adapt therapy to your unique needs, drawing on approaches that encourage insight, healing, and positive change.

Alongside talk therapy, Katrina brings experience in CBT-based interventions, hypnotherapy, and specialised work in eating disorders and weight-related challenges. She is dedicated to helping you understand what may be holding you back and supporting you as you move toward a more hopeful and empowered version of yourself.

Katrina is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She holds a Degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and has completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Anger Management, and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). She has also undertaken specialist training in eating disorders and holds a Diploma in Weight Management Consultancy.

She works in accordance with the ethical standards of the IACP and the William Glasser Institute Ireland (WGII) and is committed to ongoing professional development to support safe, ethical, and effective practice.

We are so grateful to Katrina for dedicating part of her professional time to support Midlands Affordable Counselling in providing accessible, low-cost therapy.
