Greg has several years of experience working as an EAP counsellor and is dedicated to being a burnout specialist for high-functioning professionals. He focuses on burnout prevention and recovery and helps high-achieving individuals address the hidden costs of professional success, restoring resilience, emotional balance, and fulfilment both at work and in personal life.

His approach is grounded in empathy and professional integrity, creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges openly and develop practical strategies for growth and wellbeing. He works collaboratively with you to develop practical, personalised strategies to build resilience, restore clarity, and achieve meaningful change.

Greg is a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. He is accredited with the Association for Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy (MAPCP) in Ireland and is also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) in the UK.

He brings a wealth of expertise, holding advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the internationally renowned Beck Institute, along with qualifications in relationship and couples therapy, and certification as a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. This training enables him to work effectively with individuals as well as premarital and married couples.

We are so grateful to Greg, who has chosen to dedicate part of his professional time to support our service and provide low-cost online relationship counselling and low-cost online psychotherapy for individuals. If you or someone close to you would like to work with Greg outside of this setting, he also provides full-cost therapy via his private practice.
