Aisling Ruane

Trainee Counsellor & Psychotherapist

We are delighted to welcome Aisling, who offers confidential, client-centred support to individuals seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and positive change in their lives.

Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in an integrative framework that draws from Person-Centred, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) approaches. This allows Aisling to adapt therapy to each client’s unique needs and pace, creating a process that feels supportive and personal.

Aisling provides a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore life experiences, current challenges, and future aspirations. Through this work, she supports clients in developing insight, resilience, and practical tools for everyday well-being, helping to foster greater self-awareness, clarity, and self-compassion.
